Data Deletion

Effective date: August 7, 2026

Truck Doctor has no user accounts and no login. Everything the game remembers is attached to a single anonymous device record, so deleting that record erases everything we hold for that device. You can do this yourself, at any time, from inside the app — no request form and no waiting.

How to Delete Your Data

1. Open Truck Doctor and tap the parent button. A parental gate follows, so an adult has to pass it to continue.
2. Open Settings and go to Data.
3. Tap Delete all data and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. The app then asks you to restart it, and it begins from scratch, exactly as it would after a fresh install.

What Gets Deleted

• the anonymous device record and its identifier;
• the entire play log — visits to the garage and the steps reached in them;
• app events recorded for that device;
• the data the app stores locally on the device itself.

This data is erased from our servers, not archived or merely hidden. Records kept by the app stores and by the providers that help us run the Service — a subscription receipt, for example — follow their own retention rules and are not ours to erase.

If You Have Already Uninstalled the App

Reinstall Truck Doctor and follow the steps above: the app returns to the same anonymous device record, so the delete button removes the earlier history as well. If that is not possible, write to us at TO_SET and we will take care of it.

Your Subscription

Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription, and it cannot: subscriptions are held by the App Store or Google Play, not by us. Manage or cancel yours in the subscription settings of the store you purchased it from.
