Terms of Use

Truck Doctor is a game about fixing trucks for young children, made and operated by App Machine SIA, 193E "18. Novembra iela", Daugavpils, LV-5417, Latvia ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") are the agreement between you and us for the Truck Doctor app and its website (together, the "Service"), however you obtained it — the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the browser.

By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.

Who May Use the Service

The game is designed for children aged 2–5, but the agreement is with the adult. You confirm you are of legal age in your country and that you are the parent or guardian of any child who uses the Service, or otherwise responsible for that child. Purchases must be made by an adult.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your family's own, non-commercial use, on devices you own or control. On Apple devices, this licence is limited to Apple-branded products and is subject to the Usage Rules of the App Store Terms of Service.

You may not copy, distribute, rent, sell, or sublicense the app; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive its source code, except where that restriction is prohibited by law; remove copyright notices; or use the Service in a way that harms it or other users. All content in the Service — the trucks, the illustrations, the recorded voice, the texts, and the software — belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by copyright.

Subscription

Truck Doctor is free to try. Part of the game is open without a subscription; a subscription opens the whole game. Subscriptions are sold and billed by the app store you use, not by us.

• Auto-renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown at purchase, until you cancel. Your store account is charged when the renewal is confirmed, normally within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in the subscription settings of your store account — Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions on Android. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. Cancelling stops future renewals; the subscription keeps working until the paid period runs out. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Free trial. When a free trial is offered, it converts into a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited if you subscribe earlier.
• Price changes. If we change the price, the store will ask for your consent before the new price applies to your renewal, as the store's own rules require.
• Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment, under its rules; we cannot issue them ourselves. In the EU, this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
• Some subscription features may depend on your store account country: where a store cannot process payments, no subscription is offered and the game is not limited.

Data

The Service has no user accounts and no login, asks for no name or email address, shows no advertising, and uses no third-party analytics. What little it does handle — an anonymous device identifier, the play log, and basic device data — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You can erase everything at any time from inside the app; see the Data Deletion page.

Availability and Changes

We add and change trucks, mini-games, and features over time, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service. The game needs an internet connection: the game and the voice come from our servers. We may update these Terms; the version on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page before they take effect, and continued use after that means you accept them.

Disclaimer and Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Truck Doctor is an entertainment and early-learning game; it is not an educational, medical, or speech-therapy programme, and it does not replace adult supervision. You decide how much screen time your child gets.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or loss of profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Where liability can be limited, ours is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your local courts.

App Store and Google Play

Where you obtained the app matters for a few things, and these terms are required by the stores:

• These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple or Google. We, not the store, are responsible for the app and its content.
• Maintenance and support of the app is our responsibility alone. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide it. For anything you need, write to TO_SET.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility.
• We, not the store, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your use of it — including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, claims under consumer protection or similar legislation, and claims that the app infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the app.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
